PM and Wife Join Songkran Traditions for 2019

           On April 11, 2019, at 07.00 hours, Prime Minister, General Prayuth Chan-ocha and wife, Associate Professor Napaporn Chan-ocha joined Songkran traditions for 2019 by presiding over the Buddhist ceremony and giving alms to monks. The Prime Minister then presided over the ceremony to bathe and water a Buddha sculpture for Songkran 2019, to encourage a society of respect and gratitude to seniors and benefactors. The ceremony took place at the Government House. Labour Minister, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo also joined the occasion.
