On December 5, 2018, at 07.45 hours, Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha chaired the commencement and toured an exhibition called “The Father of 9 Sciences” and another called “The Father of Thai Craftsmanship” organized by the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Skill Development. Labour Minister H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark and the ministry’s senior executives also joined the ceremony which took place in Sanam Luang.
