The Labour Minister together with the private sector, donated 2,150,000 Baht to the “Thai Hearts Helping the Southern Storms” fund, to join with the government to support the people affected by the “Pabuk tropical storm ” at MCOT Public Company Limited, Rama 9, Bangkok.
On January 7, 2019, Labour Minister, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo together with the private sector such as employers, organizations and hospitals in the social security network donated 2,150,000 Baht (two million, one hundred fifty thousand Baht) to the “Thai Hearts Helping the Southern Storms” fund, with Prime Minister, General Prayuth Chan-ocha as recipient through the “Helping the Storm in the South Together” program on MCOTHD TV channel 30. Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark along with the Ministry of Labour’s senior executives also attended the event at Delivery Room 5, MCOT PCL Operations Building, Rama 9, Huai Khwang, Bangkok, to contribute funds with the government to help the people who affected by the “Pabuk” tropical storm.
On the same occasion, Prime Minister, General Prayuth Chan-ocha with the cabinet and Labour Minister joined the event to pick up phone calls to receive donations through “Helping the Storm in the South Together” program on MCOTHD TV channel 30. The government led by Prime Minister Gen. Prayuth Chan-ocha ordered all sectors of the government to mobilize and help flood victims in the South quickly and systematically. The government organized the “Helping the Storm in the South Together” program today (January 7, 2019) at 20.20 to 22.00 hours at the Delivery Room 5, operating building, MCOT PCL Operations Building, Rama 9, Huai Khwang, Bangkok, to allow people of all sectors to participate in helping those affected by “Pabuk” through the “Disaster Relief Fund, Office of the Prime Minister”, Krung Thai Bank (PCL), Government House Branch, account number 067-0-06895-0. The fund will be central for collecting donations from people across the country and used to alleviate suffering for those affected by this storm.
