On October 23, 2018, Labour Minister H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo chaired the advisory meeting on government policy and provincial development in Nakhon Phanom for progress to improve the lives of the people based on stability, prosperity and sustainability. The meeting took place at the Phra That Phanom meeting room on the 5th floor, Nakhon Phanom City Hall with Nakhon Phanom Provincial Governor Mr. Siam Sirimongkol, Deputy Governor Mrs. Wilaiwan Kraiwat, heads of government and other relevant personnel who welcomed the Labour Minister and joined the meeting.
Pol.Gen. Adul spoke about management experience from the provincial level, to regional and the national level which is different from many factors, but the heart of the practice throughout is that administration must dig deep into the details, looking at every step and feel, including knowing the capabilities of the workers without interfering in their duties. He said that the development of Nakhon Phanom would require integrated management principles and a provincial operation center to drive change within the 4.0 era with supporting technology. He added that there would need to be a breakdown of work at all levels, working proactively and transparently, starting from the creation of big data at the provincial level to collect information from all agencies within each ministry in all dimensions such as news, public safety, action plans and the drive of government policy and projects, so that all agencies can utilize the information to plan provincial development, actions and guidelines for united implementation. This will avoid budget and structural complexities and provide the most benefit to the people. He added that there would need to be meetings and reports daily, using technology for everyone to gain the same understanding from the most bottom level, with the provincial governor as commander. Most importantly, he said was creating understanding and awareness among the local people, which would need to be quick, correct and accurate.
