On Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at 15.00 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark welcomed Chairman of the Thai Electrical & Mechanical Contractors Association Mr. Somchai Jespankawong and committee to discuss guidelines for the development of electricians in levels 2 and 3 and the issuance of certificates for air conditioning technician licenses. The discussion took place at the Permanent Secretary of Labour’s Office, 7th Floor, Ministry of Labour.
