         April 11, 2018 at 10.00, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rattana Chakkaphark, President of the Labor Wives Association assigned Mrs. Somjai Thamsarose, secretary of the Labor Wives Association, as the representative of the Labor Wives Association with the board of the association joined as blessed the water from Director of Sirindhorn Royal College under the patronage, Phrakru Phipatsrilachan, abbot of Sirindhornteprattanaram Temple under the patronage and Permanent Secretary Worawat on Songkran Festival and Thai New Year to express respect and to cultivate the culture, to cultivate a beautiful tradition and to bring prosperity to staff, teachers and parents, and preschool children’s luncheon at the Sirindhorn College Children’s Center under the patronage Samut Prakarn Province Mrs. Udomlux Sonsaree, Inspector General, Department of Labor Protection and Welfare as a member of the Labor Consumers Association, presided over the blessing ceremony.

 

           The Sirindhorn Royal College’s Children’s Center, under the Patronage of Samut Prakan, under the supervision of the Ministry of Labor, is a royal initiative. In Her Royal Highness Princess Sirindhorn, nursery school children, who are children of laborers, open throughout the year. The purpose is to provide welfare and reduce labor costs, enabling workers to work full-time without concern for their children, and to prepare for physical, emotional, mental, social, and intellectual well-being. Before entering compulsory education in the academic year 2017, Sirindhorn College has 562 students, including 286 male and 276 female students, of whom 5 were Malaysian students, 2 Laos and 1 Singaporean.
