On January 9, 2561, Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labor welcomed Miss Apsorn Krisana-Smith, President of the State Enterprise Labor Federation of Thailand (PSO) and 23 members visited and discussed the ILO Convention No. 87 on Freedom of Association, and the protection of the right to assembly, and No. 98 on the implementation of the principle of collective right and negotiation.
