The Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, spoke about the tragedy at the Halloween Night Festival held in Itaewon Street in Seoul, South Korea, on the night of October 29. Many people attended the event, leaving at least 151 people killed and 82 injured from suffocation.
