          Mr. Ananchai Uthaiwattanachep, Director General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare discloses Human Rights Watch Publish name report “Hidden chain: the misconduct of rights and forced labor in the Thai fishing industry,” stating that Thailand has many shortcomings in its operations.
