          Mr. Ananchai Uthaiwattanachep, Director General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare revealed that the tourism industry is the industry that earns top priority in Thailand. It is important to develop a sustainable tourism industry. In addition to the culture and beauty of the various tourist destinations, the safety of the users of tourism related services such as hotels, restaurants, department stores, and entertainment venues. It is an important part to build confidence for tourists to enhance safety in such businesses, the Department of Labor Protection has developed a project to improve the safety, occupational health and workplace environment in a sustainable manner. The focus is on the owners, service providers, and related people to have knowledge and understanding of safety, occupational health and working environment. It can be used to manage the safety of employees, operator, and the service. In the fiscal year 2018, 2,400 employees were targeted to educate employers, employees, and related agencies from around the country.
