Mr. Ananchai Uthaiwattanachep, Director General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare revealed that the Ministry of Labor by the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare invited to co-nominate the Women’s Distinguished Worker of the Year in the year 2018 to qualify for the award. He commended the society for recognizing the importance of women labor force. On the International Women’s Day in 2018, they are divided into 8 categories: Outstanding Women in Management, Outstanding Women in Action, Outstanding Women in Labor Network, Outstanding female Artists, Prominent Women in Media, Outstanding Women in NGOs, and Outstanding Women in the Field of Labor Academics. There were 29 awards.
The Director General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare said the nominees for the best women’s work can be nominated from January 3 to 31, 2018, by sending the information to the Women’s Worker and Child Labor Protection Network.
