Labour Minister Assigns Assistant Minister from PM’s Office Performing Duties for MOL to Deliver Compensation to Support the Families of the Employees who Died in a Road Accident in Chachoengsao

          The Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned an Assistant Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office, performing duties for the Ministry of Labour, Sergeant Major Yossingh Liamlert, to visit the area to give compensation to the family of employees who died from a motorcycle accident on the Talad Bang Bo – Bang Khla Road, Plaeng Yao District, Chachoengsao Province. The incident happened on August 8, causing the death of two people, a mother and a child, Mr. Sittipong Charoensuk, insured under Section 33 of Smithiyan and Associates Company Limited. The beneficiaries are entitled to funeral expenses of 50,000 Baht. Ms. Nimnuan Pakdeesi is insured under Section 33 of A.P.S. Service Company Limited. The beneficiaries are entitled to funeral expenses of 50,000 Baht, compensation for death for 13,639.80 baht, and an old age pension of 21,668.24 Baht, totaling 85,308.04 Baht.
          Sergeant Major Yossingh said that the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin shared his condolences to the families of the employees who suffered from the accident. The Social Security Office is ready to give benefits from the compensation fund to the deceased’s family. In such unprecedented events, the Ministry of Labour and the Social Security Office asks employees and insured persons for their trust that they will remain by their side.
