Labour Minister Joins the “Better Thailand Open Dialogue”

          On May 19, 2022, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin joined the opening of the “Better Thailand Open Dialogue .“Prime Minister and Defense Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha presided over the forum and gave a keynote address on “Past, present and future, better Thailand .”On this occasion, the Prime Minister expressed his vision and recommendations and the direction of adaptation to lay the foundation for future changes. The efforts aim to enhance the quality of life of the people and promote Thailand’s ability to compete sustainably in the future.
          The “Better Thailand Open Dialogue” event will be held from May 19 to 20, 2022, at the Royal Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon, 5th floor, Siam Paragon Shopping Center, Pathumwan District, Bangkok. The Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council, the Engineering Alumni Association of Chulalongkorn University, the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy Alumni Association of Chulalongkorn University and the Economics Alumni Association of Chulalongkorn University, the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking, and relevant agencies for relevant sectors, shared experiences and past operations in driving the Thai economy and society under the current crisis.
          On May 20, 2022, at 15.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, will participate in a forum on the topic of “The quality of life in the new era, reducing inequality and giving everyone an opportunity,” together with ministers who play an important role in working for the country and the Thai people. In addition, the event will host discussions on important topics, namely, “Looking at the global economy and reflecting the Thai economy,” “How does Thailand move forward on issues in the manufacturing and service sectors,” and “Adapting to the crisis and laying the foundation for future changes and infrastructure,” “space development and laying the foundation for future development.”
