Ministry of Labor accelerates Thai children to study in trade schools to support for labor demand

           Mr. Anurak Tossarat, Assistant Governor of the Department of Employment, said that the Department of Employment was informed of the demand for employment in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) in Chonburi, Rayong, and Chachoengsao from the Center for Coordinating the Production and Development of Vocational Capacity in the Eastern Special Development Region, over the next five years (2060-2021), the demand for labor in the 10 target industries of the country was 1.77 hundred thousand persons. Secondly, there were 0.34 thousand of modern motor vehicles, 0.33 thousand of intelligent electronics, tourism in the group of good income and health tourism were 0.21 thousand people and robots were 0.16 thousand people. Currently, there are only 1.19 hundred thousand graduates in the vocational education sector and to support the economic growth of the region 32 projects worth billions of Baht will be used for employment, especially in the industrial sector. Students should choose to study in the vocational field to meet the needs. The labor market and support employment in the East Economic Corridor (EEC).
