MOL Commences Training Under Workshop Project to Clarify and Educate Workers on Receiving Complaints from Thai Workers Working Abroad

          On September 21, 2021, at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Pattraporn Samantarat, to preside over the commencement of the training under the workshop project to clarify and educate participants on handling complaints from Thai workers on working abroad effectively, for the 2021 fiscal year. The training took place online at the Conference Room of the International Cooperation Bureau, 12th floor, Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour. There were 160 participants in the training, including civil servants and officers from the Provincial Labour Office, Overseas Labour Office, the Ministry of Labour’s People’s Service Center, the Ministry of Labour’s Joint Service Center, and the Office of International Cooperation.
          This training’s objective was to develop the knowledge and skills of officers working on Thai labour benefits abroad and exchange and learn about the benefits of Thai workers abroad. This will benefit the improvement and development of work on the benefits of Thai workers abroad and provide services to workers and relatives accurately, quickly, and efficiently.
