MOL Joins Executive Committee Meeting of the COVID-19 Situation Administration

            On January 7, 2022, at 09.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud participated in the Executive Committee Meeting of the COVID-19 Situation Administration No. 1/2022 via Zoom at the Sangsingkaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Ministry of Labour. Prime Minister and Minister of Defense General Prayuth Chan-ocha chaired the meeting at Santi Maitree Building (outside building), Government Houses.

            The meeting considered situational leveling and preventive measures to control diseases, the adjustment of disease prevention measures for entering the Kingdom, the vaccination service plan, and the drug supply plan for the treatment of COVID-19 (antiviral drug Paxlovid) of the Center for Emergency Medicine and Public Health, in the case of COVID-19. It also considered the Center for the COVID-19 Situation Administration’s guidelines for raising the level of preparedness to cope with the pandemic, including related announcements, orders, and requirements issued under Section 9 of the Royal Decree on Public Administration In an Emergency Situation B.E. 2548 (No. 40), the Center for the COVID-19 Situation Administration’s order No. 23/2021 regarding areas defined as highly controlled and monitored areas, and tourism pilot areas, according to the regulations issued under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548. The meeting also considered the Center for the COVID-19 Situation Administration’s order No. 24/2021 regarding compliance guidelines issued under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548, the Prime Minister’s order No. 23/2021 regarding the cancellation of the Integrated Correction Center for the Covid-19 Situation in the southern border provinces including the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 of the Security Emergency Situation Action Center and reported on operating results, problems, obstacles, and suggestions of the Office and various operational centers.
