The project aims to enable people to access services conveniently, quickly, and transparently through various channels, and in accordance with the principles of good governance, following the policies Labour Minister M.R. Chatumongol Sonakul. This will convert paper files and important documents from establishment to electronic format. Workshops have been scheduled for operational staff nationwide.

The Secretariat to the Labour Minister said that the training program is to enable people to access information conveniently, quickly and accurately, covering all the details and enabling access to various services. The electronic employer file creation is complementary to the Social Security Office to be more complete. Labour Minister M.R. Chatu Mongol Sonakul gives priority to the development of government services to become e-government in relation to social security, and the creation of an electronic employer file instead of document files so that operations are more efficient.

In this regard, the creation of electronic employer files will resolve the problem of using large amounts of storage space. It will also facilitate the work for staff to easily search for information, maintain data and change working styles to drive towards a Thailand 4.0 era. Employers will receive convenience and speed when contacting the Social Security Office, which can view employer documents instantly, through electronic means.
