MOL Skill Development Promotion Committee Meets

           On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 10.00 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Pol.Maj. Romayong Surakitbunharnchaired the Skill Development Promotion Committee meeting 3/2019 at the Pakorn Angsusingh Conference Room, 10th Floor, Department of Skill Development. The meeting discussed: 1) Requesting approval of the national labour standards for industrial arts in jewelry craft conservation (ancient techniques) level 1 – 3, qualifications of test participants, assessment methodology and issuing certification for those who pass the labour skill standard test. 2) Requesting approval of the national labour standards for industrial arts in silverware level 1 – 3, qualifications of test participants, assessment methodology and issuing certification for those who pass the labour skill standard test. 3) Requesting approval of the national labour standards, qualifications of test participants for professional construction in piping and sanitary ware, level 1 – 3 and issuing certification for those who pass the labour skill standard test. 4) Requesting approval for the revision of the order to appoint a subcommittee to form labour standards for industrial engineers in CNC control technicians and milling machine technicians 5) Requesting approval for the standardization of labour skills with the order to appoint a subcommittee to form labour standards for mechanical engineers in crane operations (rubber wheels, crawlers, cranes). 6) Requesting approval to establish labour standards and revise the order to appoint a subcommittee to form labour standards for construction professionals in building information modeling. 7) Requesting approval on the loan payment from the Skill Development Fund following the Skill Development Promotion Act B.E. 2545, for example.
