“Pol.Gen. Adul” Appreciates Meeting with 3H Program Youths (Have Jobs, Have Money, Have Higher Education)

         Minister of Labour expressed appreciation to youth representatives who participated in the 3H project (have jobs, have money, have higher education), emphasizing the ministry’s readiness to support students to have opportunities to earn money for themselves and their families, and gain work experience to develop themselves to support the labour market.

On April 2, 2019, at 10.30 hours, Labour Minister H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark and the ministry’s executives welcomed executives of Food Passion and 30 youth representatives who participated in the 3H (have jobs, have money, have higher education). The youths came to meet and thank the Ministry of Labour for promoting and supporting the opportunity to work, along with continuing education in educational institutions. The occasion took place at the Labour Minister’s meeting room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour. 

 

 

Pol.Gen. Adul said that the 3H project (have jobs, have money, have higher income) was integration in the form of a civil society between the government, private sector and the people. The project aims to encourage disadvantaged people in education have stable careers, generate income for themselves and their families, and have opportunity for higher education. It also promotes the opportunity for participants to work in a large organization in parallel with continuing education in a school, promoting income during study, practicing or working in a workplace and eventually employed as an employee of the company. In addition, organizations also support students in the 3H project to study at the vocational to bachelor’s degree level to be able earn more and get more senior positions after graduation.

The Labour Minister added that the project is very useful as it creates opportunities for young people to have jobs, earn income while studying and receive further education. It also promotes gaining more experience and skills from real work, learning to become disciplined and responsible for themselves and others. Organizations will train workers to have the knowledge and abilities to meet employer requirements, and the opportunity for academic cooperation with educational institutions so that institutions can improve curriculums to produce students to meet the needs of the labour market in the future.
