Assistant Minister from PM Office Performing Duties for MOL Meets With Head of Government Agencies in Sisaket to Monitor Performance Following Labour Minister’s Policy

          On August 9, 2021, at 13.00 hours, Assistant Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office, performing duties at the Ministry of Labour, Mr. Pornsak Charoenprasert, attended the meeting of the heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Sisaket Province to monitor the performance following the Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin’s policies. He delivered operational policies during COVID-19, assigning the five labour leaders to provide information on workers in Sisaket Province who work in other provinces and abroad. The information will be shared with the Ministry of Labour’s executives in preparing a support plan from the impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak. It will also be used in preparing action plans and measures to support repatriated workers who return and have to quarantine for 14 days following provincial measures and for COVID-19 patients who have been cured, such as recruiting vacancies, preparing vocational training and skill development, and social security benefits in case of unemployment to resolve problems caused by such impacts.
