Today (October 31, 2019) at 15.30 hours, Assistant to the Labour Minister Dr. Duangrit Benjathukul Chairungrueng chaired the meeting to discuss improvements to allowances in state enterprises, with executives of Thai Airways. The discussion considered adjustments to allowances when not under employment conditions, which therefore do not have to be implemented under the State Enterprise Labour Relations Act B.E. 2543, such as the submission of Article 25 or the consultation to consider improvement of employment conditions under Section 23 (3) of the State Enterprise Labour Relations Act B.E. 2543 B.E. The meeting took place at the Ministry of Labour’s meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
