Department of Labor Protection remind the employer to file a report on the conditions of employment as a violation of the fine of 20,000

          Mr. Ananchai Uthaiwattanachep, Inspector of Ministry of Labor According to the Director-General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, revealed that the Labor Protection Act (1998) requires that employers employing ten or more employees in accordance with the form of employment and working conditions (Cr.11) within every January. Labor inspectors will send the form showing the conditions of employment and working conditions (Criterion 11) to the employer. Owners of business establishments by the end of December every year. Employees who received Form C 11 provided the required information and sent it to the Labor Inspectorate. These can be sent by hand or by e-mail at the Bangkok Labor Protection and Welfare Office, or at the Provincial Labor Protection and Welfare Office, within January 2018. If the violator fails to comply with the penalty is not fine up to 20,000 Baht.
