Content Description

On September 2, 2020, Deputy Labour Minister Prof. Narumon Pinyosinwat welcomed Chairman of the Board of Directors Khun Ariyasiri Phiphatnara, and Vice-Chairman Mr. Thanaporn Thienchaikul from the Sufficiency Family Foundation to discuss the development of skills for students near the completion of vocational education, including junior high and high school students. The occasion took place at the reception room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.

The Sufficiency Family Foundation has training centers around the country (nurturing branches) and can lead those who have been trained to expand further in language training and be deployed to work abroad as well. The foundation, therefore, wished for a collaboration with the Department of Skill Development, which has expertise in skill development, especially on craftsmanship skills. The centers are also a place to practice skills in these areas. The signing of an MOU will be scheduled within September 2020.
