On September 12, 2019, at 09.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Pol. Maj. Romayong Surakitbanharn gave a special lecture on the challenges of working with an aging society. The lecture was delivered at an academic seminar on the 2nd anniversary of the Institute for Continuing Education and Human Resources, on the topic of “Human Resource Development in the Thai Elderly Society”. Director of the Institute for Continuing Education and Human Resources Assistant Professor Supachai Srisuchart welcomes participants. This event was organized by the Institute for Continuing Education and Human Resources to build knowledge and understanding about the aging society in Thailand, to prepare for human resource development in the Thai elderly society and know the direction of the job market, including guidelines for self-development for the elderly. The event took place at Grand Ratchada Room, 5th floor, Than Thip Building, Chaopraya Park Hotel Bangkok.
