There were totally 92 workers seek the service.
Labour Affairs took this opportunity to visit Thai workers working in sweet pepper or apple pepper farm business of Mr. Archer. It is found that there are totally 16 Thai workers working at. Those people earn 4,500-5,000 Sheqel and have good living condition. There are 7 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 4 restrooms, 10 bedrooms with air-conditioner provided. They can send money back home around 2,000-3,000 Sheqel a month and save for their own running expense for 1,000 Sheqel. They normally work overtime for 2-3 hours a day. They preserve environment cleanly and spend their freetime with planting home-grown vegetable for their own meal. The problem they faced is no salary slip showing income and expenditure so the officers will keep track for this problem for them. In this regard, the officers also delivered sport gears such as rattan ball with net, full set of badminton gears, Thai flag and King’s Birthday flag to boost their moral.
