The Labour Minister assigned his Assistant to commence the Ministry of Labour’s New Year gift project from the heart for the course on ” Executive Level Safety Officers at the Committee on Occupational Safety, Health and Work Environment.” The New Year’s gift is useful to workers and those involved, In line with the Ministry of Labour’s concept.
On March 11, 2021, at 10.00 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, presided over the opening ceremony of the Ministry of Labour’s New Year gift project from the heart, for the course on ” Executive Level Safety Officers at the Committee on Occupational Safety, Health and Work Environment.” The course is a 2021 New Year’s gift from the Ministry of Labour under the theme “love from the heart for the Thai workforce’s happiness,” under the campaign of “free skills training to beat accidents and care for the workforce.” The initiative is aimed at personnel in the workplace, including employees and employers, to realize the importance of safety in the workplace and apply the knowledge gained to develop occupational safety to reduce injury and diseases in the workplace or eliminate them. The Deputy Director-General of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai reported at the Saensuk Room, Bangsaen Heritage Hotel, Bang Saen, Chonburi.
The Labour Minister’s Assistant commended and thanked Top Professional and Development Co., Ltd., which is a training unit registered with the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. The company has worked with the Ministry of Labour to deliver the 2021 New Year’s gifts, which are useful to workers and those involved, in line with the Ministry of Labour’s concept. The initiative aims to develop knowledge and understanding among workers to become an important force in promoting and developing trade competitiveness and driving the country’s economy. It also aims to promote a better quality of life among the workforce and relieve the burden of expenses for companies by reducing training costs in occupational safety as required by law, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This training was developed as a lecture in providing theory and knowledge. The training was organized by Top Professional and Development Co., Ltd., a training agency authorized by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. It is one training unit out of 205 agencies that work with the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare in giving gifts to workers, employees, employers without charge. There were 120 participants in this training.
