May 4, 2025, at 18.00 hours – Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Labour, along with his spouse, attended the banquet in honour of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn on the occasion of Coronation Day on May 4, 2025. Accompanying the Labour Minister were Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Thiamkhae Thapchaiyut, President of the Ministry of Labour’s Housewives Association, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, Director-General of the Department of Employment, Mr. Decha Phrukphatthanarak, the Director-General of the Department of Skill Development, Lieutenant Commander Saroj Khomkhai, the Director-General of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, and Mrs. Marasri Jairangsi, the Secretary-General of the Social Security Office. The event took place at the Santi Maitri Building, Government House, Dusit District, Bangkok.
The government organized this state banquet to honour His Majesty the King on this important national day: Coronation Day, May 4, 2025. Attendees included members of the Privy Council, former prime ministers, presidents of constitutional organizations, cabinet ministers, members of parliament (MPs) and senators, ministry-level civil servants, military and police officers, political appointees under the Prime Minister’s Office, foreign ambassadors and honorary consuls, professional consuls, representatives from UN-affiliated international organizations, presidents of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Thai Industries, Thai Bankers’ Association, and the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Thailand, along with their spouses.
