On September 20, 2020, at 18.00 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin presided over the opening ceremony commemorating 167 years since the birth of Somdetch Phra Paramindr Maha Chulalongkorn, for the 21st occasion, by the people of Koh Si Chang in 2020, with Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong. TheMayor of Koh Si Chang Subdistrict Mr. Damrong Petra gave a welcoming and reported the purpose of the event this time. The Labour Minister laid flowers (fresh pink roses) at the statue of King Rama 5 and awarded winners of the retro dress competition. He also visited booths of the shops who attended the event at the Phra Chudadhuj Palace area Koh Sichang, Chonburi.
