His Majesty the King graciously presented Kathin robes to the Ministry of Labour, to offer to monks in the annual quarterly ceremony at Wat Mahathat, Phra Aram Luang, Muang, Yasothon. The Minister of Labour presided over the ceremony to maintain Buddhism and inherit the beautiful traditions and ceremonies of Thailand.
On November 9, 2019, at 10.00 hours, His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun graciously presented Kathin robes to the Ministry of Labour, to present to monks in the annual quarterly chanting ceremony for 2019, at Wat Mahathat, Phra Aram Luang, Muang, Yasothon. Labour Minister M.R. Chatumongol Sonakul presided over the Ministry of Labour’s Royal Kathin Robe Offering Ceremony for 2019 at Wat Mahathat, Phra Aram Luang, Nai Mueang, Mueang Yasothon, Yasothon. The ceremony supports Buddhism and the royal temple, as well as being a good inheritance of Thai traditions. Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol, the ministry’s executives, civil servants and officials of departments under the Ministry of Labour participated in the ceremony in unison.
