Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin received a donation of alcohol disinfectant products from Pornwilai International Group Trading Co., Ltd., and Vijitsompornpanich Intertrade Co., Ltd., for delivery to the departments under the Ministry of Labour to be used for cleaning and disinfection in Covid-19 prevention.
On April 19, 2021, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin received a donation of alcohol disinfectant products from Mr. Apichat Patcharapinyaphong, Managing Director of Pornwilai International Group Trading Co., Ltd., a company in the production of ethyl 95% alcohol since 1992, with over 29 years of experience. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been some shortages of hand-sanitizing products among Thai people in many areas across the country. The donation was together with Vijitsompornpanich Intertrade Co., Ltd. Advisory Board Member to the Labour Minister Mrs. Theanrat Nawamawat, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Acting Director-General of the Department of Employment, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasathian, and the Ministry of Labour’s senior executives also joined the occasion at the Chatumongkol Room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.
Mr. Suchart said that today, he received the donation of alcohol disinfectant products from the Managing Director of Pornwilai International Group Trading Co., Ltd., and Vijitsompornpanich Intertrade Co., Ltd. The Nakhon Pathom Provincial Employment Office was the coordinator for the Ministry of Labour. The products will be delivered to the departments under the Ministry of Labour for use in cleaning and disinfection in Covid-19 prevention. The products consisted of 1) Water alcohol at 78% strength, in 5-liter bottles amounting to 200 gallons (1000 liters). 2) Water alcohol at 78% strength, in 50 ml bottles amounting to 300 bottles (around 15 liters), and 3) Water alcohol at 78% strength, in 20 ml bottles amounting to 200 cartridges (around 4 liters).
