Labour Minister Shows Concern for Insurers and Visits Injured Employees in Nakhon Ratchasima

            The Labour Minister showed concern for insurers, as he visited employees injured from work and participated in the cremation ceremony for the family of three that passed away from the shooting in Nakhon Ratchasima.

            On February 16, 2020, Labour Minister M.R. Chatumongol Sonakul, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol, the Social Security Office’s Secretariat Mr. Tosapol Kritawongwiman, the Social Security Office’s Inspector-General Ms. Pailin Chindamaneeporn and the Nakhon Ratchasima Social Security Office staff, traveled to the Bangkok-Ratchasima Hospital to visit Mr. Chanwee Chansirisuk and Mr. Supachai Daeng, who are security officers at Guard Force Security (Thailand) Co., Ltd., who were injured on the job, from gunfire in Nakhon Ratchasima.

                At 15.10 hours, the Labour Minister traveled to participate in the cremation ceremony at Sutthichinda Worawihan Temple, Muang, Nakhon Ratchasima. His Majesty the King graciously appointed General Paiboon Koomchaya as a representative of the royal family in the funeral ceremony of Mr. Suriya Limparatram, Mrs. Papachaya Nuanraksa and Master Porama Limparat, a family of three. The atmosphere was full of sadness, with many relatives and people who showed their mourning. From there, M.R. Chatumongol Sonakul, the Ministry of Labour’s executives and staff traveled to the area in front of Terminal 21 Shopping Mall to lay flowers and mourn for the victims of the shooting.
