On January 9, 2020, at 10.00 hours, Labour Minister M.R. Chatumongol Sonakul and Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol welcomed Chairman of the Thai National Shippers’ Council (TNSC) Ms. Kananyaphak Tantiphiphatanapong and delegation, on a courtesy call to meet and congratulate the Labour Minister on appointment to his new position. The parties also discussed ways to drive the development of Thai labour standards and solutions to labour problems. The meeting took place at the Labour Minister’s room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.
The Thai National Shippers’ Council is a private organization established under the Thai Shippers Council Act B.E. 2537. Its responsibilities are to look after the interests of all exporters and essential policies to focus on the development of an effective international business and trade environment, as well as being able to support Thailand’s trading nation strategy.
