Today (Sep 25, 61) at 16.00, Minister of Labour, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, expressed his condolences to the late President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. On Friday, 21 September 2018, at the age of 61, at the Military Hospital of Hanoi, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Minister of Labor signed a book of condolence with Mr. Nguyen Hai Bang, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Thailand welcomed Gen. Adul at the Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Thailand.
