On February 22, 2020, at 13.00 hours, Secretariat to the Labour Minister Lt. Gen. Nanthadet Meksawat presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar on “skill development for professional air conditioning technicians” at the Wayupak Convention Center, Centra Hotel Government Center and Convention Center, Chaeng Watthana Road, Bangkok.
The training is a collaboration between the Department of Skill Development and Marvel Corporation Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of air conditioners under the trademark “Mavell”. The objective is to upgrade and enhance professional standards for air conditioning operators and mechanics following the Thai Labour Skill Enhancement Policy 4.0, Seminar participants consisted of professional air conditioning technicians and interested parties for a total of 1,000 people.
