MOL Commences “Labour Eyes” Project to Support and Create Public Participation

          On August 17, 2021, at 08.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol presided over the commencement of the “Labour Eyes” project to support and create public participation in anti-corruption for the first batch of participants. The occasion took place via the Zoom online platform. Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Aumpun Thuvavit and Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suchart Pornchaiwisetkun also joined the event. The project aims to develop skills and knowledge for the Provincial Labour Office’s civil servants/officers, anti-corruption labour volunteers, and public sector networks who have been trained in anti-corruption with the Ministry of Labour. The participants will have the ability to become a speaker to transfer knowledge and disseminate information to raise awareness of fraud and misconduct prevention, build a network for monitoring, and report corruption at the local level. The project is divided into two batches with 152 people each from 76 provinces.

          Mr. Suthi said that today’s training would promote all trainees to become aware of and fight corruption in all forms. He thanked the lecturers, and government network partners, especially the people’s networks, with the intention and sacrifice of time to join the training and the anti-corruption network together with the Ministry of Labour.
