On June 15, 2021, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin chaired the commencement of the training for the Ministry of Labour’s Zero Tolerance & Clean Thailand project via the VDO Conference system at the meeting room of the Permanent Secretary of Labour, 7th floor. Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Aumpun Thuwawit, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Niyom Songkaew, the Department of Employment’s Director-General Mr. Suchart Pornchaiwisetkun, and Assistant to Permanent Secretary of Labour Mrs. Tongjai Suthat Na Ayutthaya also joined the event. The project is aimed at civil servants under the Ministry of Labour to promote awareness of problems and channels that may cause corruption and misconduct in operations. It raises awareness of morality and ethics, operating with transparency, accountability, and having the concept of preventing corruption for effective government performance for the people’s true benefit. There were 20 civil servants and officials of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour in the central region, and 380 people from all departments under the Ministry of Labour in the provincial areas, for 400 participants.
