On August 27, 2021, at 16.15 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Niyom Songkaew presided over the opening ceremony of the Design Thinking training program for driving organizations with innovation. The occasion occurred at the Human Resources Management Division’s meeting room, 10th floor, Ministry of Labour. The training was a 2-day course with the trainees being civil servants at the operational level, proficiency level, and special skill level under the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour, totaling 40 people.
Mr. Niyom said that he would like all trainees to apply the knowledge gained to work to the best of their ability for the agency’s benefit. He also asked for those trained to work together to develop and create a network where ideas and experiences are exchanged to develop the organization more efficiently.
