MOL Creates Model Organization on Well-Being to Improve Workers’ Quality of Life Sustainably

          Today (November 22, 2019) at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol chaired the board meeting for “the project to create a model of a well-being organization to improve the quality of life of workers sustainably. Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour Mrs. Pattana Phanfak along with the ministry’s executives and President of the Association of Change Leaders for Workforce Development Mr. Thapabut Chomsevi also joined the discussion. The meeting appointed a working group to drive the creation of a well-being organization in the workplace, a working group under the Ministry of Labour to promote well-being, a framework for the development of model organization to improve the quality of life sustainably, and the development of the 4th batch of change leaders for labour development. The meeting took place at the Labour Relations Committee Meeting Room, 1st, Ministry of Labour.
