MOL Develops Debt Collection Officers to Reduce New Debts and Focus on Old Debts

          On February 18, 2020, at 09.30 hours, Secretariat to the Labour Minister Lt. Gen. Nanthadet Meksawat, chaired the training on the skill development program for debt collection officers to reduce new debts and focus on old debts. The occasion took place at the Mida Grand Dvaravati Hotel, Nakhon Pathom.

          The training aims to develop the skills of staff who perform debt collection tasks of the Social Security Office, to be more productive and reduce the accumulated contribution debts, and to proceed requests for approval to properly dispose of the debt from the account as loss, following the prescribed guidelines This training is an essential first step for operators in the country to use their knowledge and understanding, to carry out the instructions correctly and in the same direction. The Social Security Office has set a target for every unit to reduce the outstanding contributions by 5 percent as of December 5, 2020. The training will be organized in 2 groups of 150 persons.
