Today (February 28, 2020) at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned Deputy Permanent Secret of Labour Ms. Amphan Tuwwit, chaired the second Employee Welfare Fund Committee Meeting 2020 at the Labour Relations Committee’s meeting room, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour. The meeting considered 1) The demands of the Confederation of Thai Labour. 2) Meeting and selection among the employer and employee representatives to be appointed as an associate judge in the Central Labour Court. 3) Consideration of disposing debt from accounts as bad debts from the Employee Welfare Fund. 4) Consideration of payment of employee benefits in cases other than compensation. 5) Consideration (draft) announcement of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare regarding rules and procedures in receiving and payment of money from the Employee Welfare Fund through electronic methods.
