On November 30, 2020, at 09.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Amphan Tuwwit presided over the 11th Meeting of the Employee Welfare Fund Committee to prepare and implement the (long-term) human resource management plan and the human resource management action plan for 2021. The meeting also reviewed the risk management manual, establishing a charter on internal audit, and presenting Employee Welfare Fund financial statements for 2020, for the year ending September 30, 2020. The meeting further prescribed the rules, procedures, and conditions for the selection of persons for employment as temporary employees in the position of labour academics for 2021, the consideration of applications for support other than compensation, and draft regulations of the Employee Welfare Fund Committee on the payment of welfare, rates, and payment period (No. ..) B.E…. The meeting took place at the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour.
