On October 12, 2020, at 07.00 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin presided over the alms giving ceremony as a royal charity commemorating the day of His Majesty’s King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s passing on October 13, 2020. The Ministry of Labour’s executives, heads of government agencies, officials, and civil servants also joined the occasion at the Jompol P. Pibulsongkram meeting room, 5th Floor, Ministry of Labour.
The Labour Minister lit joss sticks and candles for worship, paying respect and laying a small piece of gold jewelry in front before the late King’s image. Participants then took part in the monastic ceremony, started by the Labour Minister and the executives, offering alms and a cloth for ten monks, before the alms giving ceremony.
