MOL Joins Conference to Monitor Progress on Implementation of Labour Minister’s Orders

          On February 11, 2021, at 10.00 hours, an Official at the Secretariat Office of the Prime Minister Police General Nantachat Supamongkol chaired a video conference with Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Niyom Songkaew and heads of provincial government agencies in the Ministry of Labour’s inspection areas in five provinces, including Chumphon, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Surat Thani and Songkhla, to monitor the progress on the implementation of the Labour Minister’s orders. The meeting took place at the Sangsingkeaw meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The meeting followed up on the results of the Ministry of Labour’s missions, along with the Covid-19 outbreak situation and the permission for foreigners to work in the Kingdom, specifically for Cambodian, Laotian and Burmese nationals, under special circumstances of the pandemic. It also covered the qualifications for insured persons under Section 33 for the “Section 33 We Love Each Other” project to help relieve the cost of living of insured persons under Section 33 impacted by the Covid-19 outbreak.
