MOL Joins Discussion on National Reform in Public Administration into Action

          On March 3, 2021, at 10.00 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Aumpun Thuvavit attended a meeting with a subcommittee in the National Reform Committee on State Administration. Secretary-General of the Civil Service Commission Mrs. Methinee Thepmanee chaired the meeting. The meeting discussed the Ministry of Labour’s operations to develop a digital platform for earnings, employment, and digital services. It further discussed big data for decision-making, managing operations and governance, monitoring, and evaluating a digital ecosystem that builds trust and mutual acceptance, meeting the fundamental needs of citizens and the private sector in the country’s recovery period. The meeting also covered driving the policy and relevant agencies to develop a digital public service system and an automated civil welfare system as needed in both normal and urgent circumstances, including other issues involved in reaching the goal. The session listed suggestions for driving the country’s reform activities in the administration of the state government. The occasion took place at the Legal Division meeting room, 11th floor, Ministry of Labour.
