MOL Joins Discussions on ASEAN Development Outlook

         On July 23, 2020, at 13.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol as a senior labour official (SLOM) from Thailand, assigned Academic Labour Advisor Mrs. Napasorn Toongsooksai and representatives at the department/office level under the Ministry of Labour, participated in remote discussions with ASEAN Senior Labour Officials (SLOM) from other ASEAN member countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines. The session discussed the ASEAN Development Outlook, with issues related to the Ministry of Labour on livelihood, decent work, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which took place at the Prasong Rananant Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.

         The ASEAN Development Outlook is a compilation of achievements and challenges, as well as guidelines for future operations to achieve integrated and sustainable development in the ASEAN region. It will be presented to the leaders for acknowledgment at the 37th ASEAN Summit in November 2020.
