On July 28, 2020, at 18.00 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol joined the offering and garland-laying ceremony, together with the candle-lighting ceremony, on the occasion of HM the King’s birthday on July 28, 2020. Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha presided over the ceremony at Sanam Luang.
