On August 30, 2021, at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol chaired the State Enterprise Labour Relations Committee Meeting No. 5/2021 via Zoom. The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General, Mr. Apinya Sucharitanan, government representatives, representatives of employers and employees, and relevant officials also attended this meeting. The meeting considered determining the scope of employment conditions related to financing for state enterprises that the state enterprise relationship may be able to handle on its own under Section 13 (2) of the State Enterprise Labour Relations Act, B.E. 2543 in the case of procuring COVID19 vaccinations. It also covered the determination of the scope of employment conditions related to financing for state enterprises which may be carried handled on its own under Section 13 (2) of the State Enterprise Labour Relations Act, B.E. 2543 regarding room and food expenses in case of receiving medical treatment in a medical facility. The meeting took place at the Prof. Nikom Chandravithu meeting room, 5th floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
