MOL Joins “VALAYA: The Determination of Goodness and Good Deeds Can Being with our Hearts”

          On October 14, 2020, at 09.00 hours, Prime Minister and Defense Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha and wife, Assoc. Prof. Naraporn Chan-ocha presided over the volunteer activity “VALAYA: The Determination of Goodness and Good Deeds Can Begin with our Hearts” on the anniversary of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s passing. The occasion took place at the Valaya Alongkorn Auditorium, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under Royal Patronage, Phahon Yothin Road, Khlong Nueng, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani. Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin and Deputy Labour Minister Prof. Narumon Pinyosinwat also joined the occasion.
          The Prime Minister and his wife, along with the Labour Minister and Deputy Labour Minister, listened to the Royal Knowledge Center’s introduction and participated in the activity of releasing tilapia and carp and fed the fishes. They also distributed microorganism balls (EM Ball) with the Cabinet, their spouses, and Valaya Alongkorn student volunteers. They also sowed KorCor 43 rice seeds in Pathum Thani, planted vegetables, a kitchen garden, and viewed an exhibition on Active Learning. Additionally, participants planted Ratchaphruek trees, made dish soap, and distributed plant and vegetable seeds for people living around the university. They also visited community products in the Pracharat way for “stability, prosperity, and sustainability.”
