Today (June 24, 2021) at 13.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Niyom Songkaew to chair the Ministry of Labour’s Legislation Drafting Committee Meeting No. 19/2021. Relevant agencies also attended the meeting via the ZOOM application at the Sangsingkaew meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The meeting considered the draft order of the Ministry of Labour regarding the appointment of competent officials under the Social Security Act B.E. 2533, the draft order of the Ministry of Labour on the appointment of competent officials under the Compensation Act B.E. 2537, and a discussion on how to use Social Security Fund to spend or find benefits by lending to insured persons.
