On November 27, 2020, at 13.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Aumpun Thuvavit chaired the meeting of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour’s Human Resources Management Action Plan for 2021. The objective of the meeting was to jointly consider and comment on the (draft) action plan. This is one of the processes of establishing strategic human resource management and development system. The meeting reviewed human resource projects and activities and performance indicators or KPIs and target values, to be used as a framework for operational guidelines in 2021. There will be another meeting to follow up, monitor, and evaluate the respective performance metrics. The meeting took place at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
